Lead singer of Hootie & the Blowfish Darius Rucker took time before a performance in Charleston, S.C., to deliver a special, heartfelt message to Clemson.
Rucker, who for decades has been erroneously known as Hootie, is a proud former student of the University of South Carolina. The Gamecocks have handled the Tigers easily the past three years, winning all three games by at least 17 points.
The only thing that would make a fourth win sweeter for Rucker would be if Clemson were 11-0 heading into the game.
